From the 1st of July 2016 I will commence reading "The Magic" by Rhonda Byrne. This is a 28 day programme aimed at looking at life and it's situations from a more positive perspective. To help you achieve this, there is a different exercise to do every day. The overall theme is gratitude and forming the habit of practicing it.
At the end of each day I will report on how I did and what, if anything, I found difficult. I have set up a facebook support group for anyone who would like to join me on this journey - just click the link and request to be join!
